SÜLZLE KOPF – Technology for people and the environment
At SÜLZLE KOPF, everything revolves around environment and energy engineering: In our corporate divisions Plant Technology, Building Services Engineering and SynGas, we develop cross-industry concepts that are both environmentally friendly and efficient. In general and down to the last detail – we transform our knowledge and innovation into customer-specific solutions, shaping the technologies of tomorrow.
What our customers have to say:
We greatly value the co-operation with SÜLZLE KOPF Gebäudetechnik: for many decades, we have been jointly fulfilling every customer wish, no matter how exceptional. Just recently, we were praised by clients who moved into their new home and feel very comfortable in the beautifully designed bathroom. This is primarily due to the perfect technical consulting concerning heating systems and bathroom furnishings.
Even in the offer phase, SÜLZLE KOPF Gebäudetechnik already stood out from its competitors – through a high level of expertise coupled with technically and economically attractive alternative solutions. I would like to particularly highlight their proactive development of individual solutions, the effective project organisation, the unbureaucratic handling of unexpected challenges and the fair partnership on an equal footing. In short: SÜLZLE KOPF gave us the proverbial all-inclusive package.
We have a long-standing partnership with SÜLZLE KOPF Gebäudetechnik. This is primarily due to their trademark procedure of critically examining plans and independently developing alternative technical solutions. This results in excellent technical solutions and systems with good value for money. We can always count on receiving systems that are optimised in terms of technology and energy and that are, in addition, visually appealing and installed on time at the agreed price.
Within the scope of our project, 1700 m of PE-pipelines SDR 11, DA 125 and approx. 960 m covered steel pipes in DN 50 were installed. In addition, the provided pumps were assembled and the complete associated pump piping was carried out. It was crucial not to impede the progress of the tunnel builders, therefore all work could only be carried out at night. In close co-operation with us, SÜLZLE KOPF Anlagenbau carried this work out in a very competent and reliable manner, proving their great professional expertise.
The fire water supply line in the Bibra tunnel was implemented via a PE-HD main pipe with a nominal diameter of d 140. I want to particularly point out that the transitions to the subsequent stainless steel piping were specially designed by SÜLZLE KOPF Anlagenbau in such a way that no detachable connections occurred in the PE-HD pipes that were installed in concrete. Despite the tight schedule, SÜLZLE KOPF Anlagenbau reliably provided high-quality components on time. The stainless steel piping and the stainless steel fire water tanks were professionally produced in compliance with all applicable standards and technological regulations, as was the fitting under occasionally adverse conditions.
